Frequently Asked Questions About Hue Food Tour
Street food refers to food or drinks sold by hawkers or vendors in public places such as streets, markets, fairs, parks, and sometimes local restaurants.

We will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in the center of Hue city. If your hotel is outside the city center, we will provide you with a specific meeting location address, which you can reach by taxi. For private transfers, please contact us.

We conduct thorough inspections every year to select the best local restaurants with excellent hygiene standards for our street food tours. All dishes served during the tour are prepared in clean kitchens. Additionally, you are welcome to bring hand sanitizer with you during the tour for extra safety.
You will have the chance to try 7 different dishes throughout the tour.
We’re sorry, but refunds are not available if you choose to skip tasting any food during the tour.
Yes, you can buy extra food during the tour; however, additional charges will apply for any extra items you order.
We will provide you with a bottle of mineral water. Any additional drinks or water during the tour will be at your own expense.
Group sizes are limited to 12 people. If your group has more than 12 participants, we recommend booking a private tour.
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge.
- Children aged 5 years and above: charged as adults.
You can book the tour up to one day before the scheduled date. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
The tour covers approximately 10 kilometers.
Only one person is allowed per trishaw/cyclo during the tour.
You will visit more than five stops throughout the tour.
The tour lasts about half a day, typically 3 to 4 hours.
You can pay by cash or credit card. Please note that a 3% bank service fee will apply if you pay your deposit or full payment by credit card. If you prefer to pay in Vietnamese Dong, you can use www.xe.com to check the current exchange rates.
Our tour runs in all weather conditions. If it rains, we will provide you with a raincoat. However, in cases of severe weather, such as floods or typhoons, we will try to reschedule the tour for another time. If rescheduling is not possible, we may have to cancel the tour.
In the event of an emergency or severe weather, refunds will only be issued if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, there are clean toilets available along the route. We will be flexible in helping you find a clean restroom whenever needed during the tour.

While tipping drivers and tour guides is not required, it is always greatly appreciated.
The amount you tip depends on your satisfaction with the service provided during the tour.
